Real Estate Junior Sales Support
Our BEENLEIGH office requires an enthusiastic, well presented junior to assist our busy Sales team.
Are you hard working, fun, energetic and loyal?
Ideally we are looking for someone who wishes to progress into Real Estate sales.
We are open 7 days a week til 7pm therefore
you must not be afraid of working outside normal Monday to Friday working hrs.
The role involves tasks both in and out of the office, such as:
Signage, Deliveries, Inspections, Admin support, Distributing flyers and computer work and we will at some point ask that you obtain your sales license.

You will receive full training as well as continued support once you are established in the position. You will need to hold a current drivers license.

Real Estate Sales People $200,000 + pa
We are looking for beginners – people new to real estate sales - in your initial first 6 months of trial we will pay $56,000 Guaranteed Annual Salary Package. A further $144,000+ pa will be paid in performance bonuses to anyone that meets our blue print standards of platinum badge. Once you have passed specific performance levels your guaranteed annual salary package will increase to $76,000 pa plus bonuses.
The position we offer has one sole purpose: to find people that are prepared to provide the finest real estate service in Australia based on the highest standard of ethics, values and client care.
Therefore you must be prepared study and work hard at learning your new profession. You must attend all training programs available whether interstate or in Brisbane.
In house training is ongoing. All training is at no cost to you, except your own time.
Unless you are exceptional in your performance you are unlikely to earn any bonuses in the first six months. This is because you spend your first three months as a fulltime sales creator which is a prospecting role only. One could say that the first three months is like an apprentice ship. Once you have passed the initial three months you step up into the role of a sales person and this is when the bonus system kicks in. This has proved to be the best way to start a career in real estate sales.

Receptionist/Administration
Our busy, fast paced real estate agency in Beenleigh requires an experienced Receptionist for our sales office. You will be solely responsible for front desk duties, which include customer enquiries and answering telephones on our very busy switchboard.
