Initially I chose Bernats Lewis due to good service in the past. However a courteous follow up call from Diane Baldwin was the key.

The margin of profitability was not huge, (selling 1 x 2 bedroom unit) so in my case the No Sale - No charge approach was definitely a big consideration. Compared to other Real Estates, Bernats Lewis was more helpful, not as pushy and I was able to make informed decisions.

I would give Diane 9.5/10 for her service. I was very happy with all aspects. Diane was approachable, friendly, informative and understanding. Life is very busy, so I was happy with "touch base" once a week.

When we decided to place our property for sale we wanted to use an agent that we knew personally and who would act in our best interests.
