Beenleigh is an ideal location in which to call home. Just 30 minutes drive North to Brisbane, and 30 minutes drive South to the Gold Coast. It is also just a 45 minute drive to Moreton Bay.

The Beenleigh area is well serviced including major shopping centres such as Big W, Coles, IGA, Woolworths, and many specialty stores. Work has also begun on an Aldi store which is due for completion March 2008. Beenleigh is also just a five minute drive away to the Hyperdome Shopping Centre and Home Centre.

There are 350 days per year where the temperature at 3pm in Logan is between 15 and 27 degrees Celsius. Annual rainfall is around 150mm per month between December and March, and 50mm per month from June to December.
