Beenleigh is constantly expanding and is a central point between two of Queensland’s fastest growing cities, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Using the eight lane M1 Motorway, the trip to either of these two cities will take you 30 minutes outside peak hour times. Many important landmarks are only 5-15 min away. These include:
- The rapidly growing Yatala industrial area is providing work for 1,000’s of people.
